Cleveland Orchestra Store Holiday Hours and Shipping Details

Please place all orders by December 17th 3:00 PM EST to ensure delivery by December 25th.

Priority Shipping cut-off is December 18th 3:00 PM EST. After that we cannot assure it will arrive by December 25th. These dates are provided by the USPS Postal Service, the time is to ensure items can be packaged and picked up by USPS.

The Cleveland Orchestra Store is open 2 hours before all concerts this season and the store will be located off Lerner Lobby (by the Garage) through December 21st. Placing an order for local pickup is available through December 23rd. 

The Cleveland Orchestra Store will be closed starting December 23rd. All items ordered for pick-up or shipping after that date will be processed beginning on January 5th.
