Cleveland Orchestra Store Holiday Hours and Shipping Details

The Cleveland Orchestra Store at Severance will be closed from December 23rd 2023 through January 1st 2024. Our online store will remain available for purchase; see below for shipping times.

Please place all orders by December 16th to ensure delivery by December 25th. Cut off for priority shipping is December 17th. All orders will be packaged and sent out for shipping as soon as possible.

All orders placed online on or after December 23 will ship out starting January 2, 2024.

The Cleveland Orchestra Store is open 2 hours before all concerts this season and will be running through December 23rd. Placing an order for local pickup is available through December 23rd.
